The COSA Survivorship Group is very pleased to announce the appointment of three inaugural COSA Survivorship Research Fellows:

Fiona Crawford-Williams
Research priorities in cancer survivorship in Australia

Carolyn Mazariego
Consensus guidelines on PROM implementation in Australia

Julia Morris
Current survivorship-focused
research in Australia

We recently called for expressions of interest from early career researchers to lead a research study aiming to establish research priorities in cancer survivorship in Australia. The Executive was very impressed with the number of high quality applications submitted – so much so that they agreed to offer three COSA Survivorship Research Fellowships instead of one!

The Fellows will receive mentorship, guidance and support from the Survivorship Executive Committee, which comprises internationally renowned senior clinicians and researchers in cancer survivorship. Each project will help advance survivorship research and improve outcomes for all Australians after cancer treatment.

If you are interested in keeping up to date on the progress of these projects and learning more about the work of the Survivorship Group, remember to select ‘Survivorship Group’ as a Group or Area of Interest under your COSA membership profile.
