- Recognise the common unmet needs of people with treatable but not curable cancers, and understand how these needs can be screened for and met
- Understand the need to better quantify the number of people living with advanced cancer

- Understand the importance of integrating palliative care and advance care planning into the management of people with advanced cancer
- Be aware of resources to support people with treatable but not curable cancers
