We are excited to remind you that COSA will soon be launching a new member portal. The new system is being built in iMIS, which is a leading Association Management System used by membership associations.

Unfortunately, this means we have now turned off access to your current member account. If you require a copy of your membership receipt from this year, or need to update your details, please email [email protected]. 

The new member portal will:

• Improve your login experience to access your membership information, update your details and preferences
• Improve the membership renewals process in 2026
• Include dynamic COSA Groups pages and resources

Look out for how to login in early December
Once the new portal is in place, we will send you instructions to reset your login and password details. We will be in touch again to advise how to do this in early December.

This is a busy time for the COSA team, especially after COSA-IPOS 2025. Please bear with us as we manage this transition and allow a little extra time for us to respond to any of your queries.
