COSA is pleased to launch our new member portal. The new membership system is built in iMIS, a leading Association Management System. The new member portal will improve member experience and lay a foundation for the full COSA website to be moved to the new system.

New member portal and system

In phase one of our implementation of the new Association Management System, iMIS, we have launched a new member portal. Our new member portal will:

• Improve your login experience to access your membership information, update your details and preferences
• Improve the membership renewals process in 2026
• Include dynamic COSA Groups pages and resources

Phase two will see website content and further member-only resources moved to the iMIS website.

Please note, membership receipts for 2022-2025 are not available via the new system. If you require a copy of your membership receipt from this year, please email [email protected].

How to login:

1. Go to the Sign In page.
2. Click the “Forgot username?” link.
   Enter your email address associated with your COSA membership. The system will create a new username which will be your email address.
3. Return to the Sign In page.
4. Click the “Forgot password?” link
   Enter your username (your email address). The system will email you a link to reset your password.
5. After logging in, you can change your username and password anytime via My Account.

What do you need to do?

• Check your details are up to date
  Go to My Account via your name in the top right of the screen to review your details. Make sure all your personal and professional details are up to date.
• Add any additional contact details
  There are now fields for alternative addresses, emails and phone numbers if you wish to include these.
• Check your preferences are up to date
  Click on My Preferences to review your email subscriptions, AJCO subscription and Groups preferences.
