Older Persons with Cancer Optimising medicine

The COSA Geriatric Oncology Group have partnered with the CNSA Older Persons with Cancer Specialist Practice Network to deliver a series of webinars focusing on cancer care of the older person. 

The fifth webinar in this series was presented by Dr Heather Lane and focused on optimising medicines - polypharmacy, oral administration of chemotherapy, home medication reviews and safety mechanisms.
