Model of Survivorship Care
This position statement defines the critical components of cancer survivorship care in Australia. It includes the fundamental principles underpinning the Model of Survivorship Care, and the three pillars of survivorship care that have a role to play: cancer survivors, the community and health professionals.
The COSA Model of Survivorship Care is under review. Any members who want to contribute to the update should contact [email protected].
