Dear colleagues

Nominations are invited for the position of Deputy Chair of the COSA Survivorship Group.

• Deputy Chair responsibilities include supporting the Group Chair in providing strategic direction and leadership to the Group, and performing the Chair role if required
• The Deputy Chair’s initial term is for two years, with the possibility of extension. At the end of the Group Chair’s term, the Deputy Chair may also be appointed to the Chair role if there is no objection from Executive Committee members
• Terms of reference provide further details on the Group’s operation and governance

To be eligible nominees must be current members of COSA and the Survivorship Group. Nominations must be signed by two members of COSA and by the nominee to indicate acceptance of the nomination. All signatories must be current members of COSA.

In the event of there being more than one nomination for the position, a ballot will be conducted in which members of the Group may vote. Single nominations for a position will be appointed automatically if there is no objection from Executive Committee members.
